Portfolio of photovoltaic power plants (ongoing)
Bulbrokers Consulting is acting as an exclusive financial and investment banking advisor to Solarpro Holding and several aligned investors for attracting financial and strategic partners for the development of a portfolio of eleven photovoltaic power plants (PVPPs) projects with overall capacity of approximately 64MWp. Bulbrokers Consulting is also acting as a financial advisor for the process of structuring of the projects and arrangement of their long term financing.
Under this project Bulbrokers Consulting performs valuation, data gathering and opportunity marketing, communication with potential partners, preparation of extensive data rooms for the projects, organization and management of due diligence process, coordination of the involved teams. BBRC team supports and participates also in negotiations with banks and financing institutions, provides strategic and tactical advice on transaction negotiations and transaction documentation. Among the BBRC’s achievements within its advisory mandate on this complex project are:
Organization and management of EUR 6.2mn bond issue for financing of the 2.4MWp Yankovo PVPP, subscribed by institutional investors (2009);
Organization and management of two bond issues by PV Investments with total amount of EUR 22.4mn for financing the 14.1MWp Dobrich PVPP and the 4.9MWp Razlog PVPP, subscribed by institutional investors (2012);
Arrangement of long-term bank financing for: 1.5MWp Strazhitsa PVPP (by UniCredit Bulbank, 2012), 4.1MWp Kardzhali PVPP (by Bulgarian Development Bank, 2012) and 4.7MWp Devnya project (by DSK Bank, 2012);
Obtaining of bridge financing for construction of 4.9MWp PVPP Kaolinovo Two and 4.9MWp PVPP Kaolinovo Three (by Mitsubishi and Allianz Bank Bulgaria, 2011) and, following the completion of the projects, obtaining of long term bank financing (by Allianz Bank Bulgaria, 2013).
Sale of the 4.9MWp Kaolinovo One PVPP to EnergiMidt (Denmark) and securing long term funding by Nordea bank (2012).
Sale of the 2.4MWp Yankovo PVPP to Green Bird Investments (the Netherlands) (2013).
